Add striking players out to the live bracket image
Now disqualified players are stroked out only on the iframe bracket. If i'm using an image bracket, technical defeats are displayed as usual wins with 0-0 score, w/o stroke over the player's nickname, which is not so demonstrably.

tested this a moment ago, and the strike-through showed up in the image. please let me know if you’re still running into this bug.
