We do tournaments during one month at the end of the month we need to count all the points of each player to see who was the best player of the month and the best organizer of the month , who organized more tournaments , this is a way to encourage the organizer to organize also.
for example:
tournament champion 16 players = 1 point
tournament 32 players the champion = 2 points
