have offline or Android app version of swiss round and round-robin generators...
Your online website is awesome, especially your simple-yet-effective Swiss Round generator, but I would like to be able to use it if I do not have access to the Internet.
An offline version for PCs/laptops and/or a cellphone app (Google Android pregerred) would probably help those without access to the Internet greatly.
I’ve been planning such an app for quite some time, but can’t say for sure when it will be ready. Android’s first in line for mobile app though.

This was a five year ago comment? Well don't give it up! The browser on the phone I have has a tendency of requiring me to reinput match history frequently and is slow on the site as well. With the new Google Material theme on apps and Challonge's unique style and interface I bet reopening this project could turn out great. it would make logging and checking up on results alot better in a large tournament environment.
Anyways enough of me feeding reasons, please reconsider making a challonge android app.

If we get funded, native apps will most certainly get attention. Until then, we're prioritizing developments as best we can. Our next gen brackets and API v2 will make mobile apps far more likely and sustainable in the long-term, especially if we get help from developers in the Challonge community.

Any news or progress? I believe it's really time to publish mobile apps for offline mode.

I would like to see this for Android and Blackberry if possible, But the nice part is, if you make it for Android, the Blackberry Playbook should be able to run it as well.

I have a Motorola Xoom, and an Android app for it would make tournaments sooooooo much more manageable. Plus I could use the HDMI to output it on a screen. I support this feature 100%.
