Add an option to prevent rounds from automatically advancing
Rounds (in Swiss, particularly) currently automatically advance once all matches have been decided. This is extremely inconvenient when bracket changes need to be applied before the start of the next round, such as fixing misreported matches or removing players from the bracket who have dropped out.
Because rounds automatically advance, Challonge does not regenerate Swiss pairings after these changes are applied, and there is no option to roll back the tournament to an earlier state. The only fix I've been able to find so far is to reset the entire bracket and re-enter results for all matches that have taken place.

This is my biggest issue at the moment, drops happen all the time. But when I drop them, they aren't removed from the round, and if someone was getting a bye, they aren't added to the round. So we would have 2 people with byes instead of another match
