Extra options to finish or close the tournament
It seems interesting to allow a tournament to close prematurely. I have thought of some use cases that would enjoy having this option:
A suspended tournament: In case the tournament can't be hosted or fails to gather enough contestants, but the organizers still want it to be posted for reference. It could be just an alternative to deleting a tournament.
A tournament that did start but couldn't finish. It could happen because of an accident (electricity gone or hardware failures), time issues, problems with the contestants or organizers... again, instead of deleting the tournament you could just close it and allow anyone know what happened.
Just posting it because it seems a feature that would only affect tournaments and can be added as an alternative tab to "Delete", thus not being confusing.
Thanks for the hard work! :)

This is something that would allow me to stop a tournament (and/or just the qualifier stage or final stage) when I want - and this would work for those more unusual tournaments that can't be catered for using the currently available modes.
For example, in my case I have only 4 rounds but small and even, but not limited amount of participants. I would like to be able to pit all of them 1vs1 over the 4 rounds. Currently the Swiss mode does not allow me to manually specify the second and subsequent round pairings. So, instead, I could do round robin, record scores of the actual matches that I did run, and end the qualifier phase then, without having to actually record all round robin match records (as they didn't all happen).
