Enable Playstar to strengthen player base
In particular, Enteractive, which targets dormant customer accounts from partner brands, leveraged a personalized approach in each case to work with Playstar, a fast-growing online casino in the United States.
Moving to a PlayStar dormant customer base
PlayStar's expansion of its local presence in the U.S. gave the company equal incentive to ensure the best return on investment, which is why it moved to Enteractive.
Using a technology called (Re)Activation Cloud and a specific, personalized approach to looking for opportunities to reactivate accounts using the player database, Enteractive will approach players who are gone.
To that end, the company uses users who contact the target players in their native language, where the players return to casino platforms or businesses, or in this case, devise individualized campaigns on PlayStar.
Enteractive uses a fairly traditional approach to ensure human operators perform outreach based on vast amounts of data and action plans. The company has more than 15 years of experience and is responsible for reactivating 8.1 million elapsed players in 2023 alone, making it one of the most successful and impressive companies in the industry.
Jon Bowden, CMO at PlayStar, welcomed the opportunity to see him work with Enteractive to drive stronger results for the company.
Building critical partnership types
The Enactive CBO Andrew Foster was also pleased to have the opportunity to build another significant partnership with the iGaming segment, where his company has focused on development.
"With the help of a highly skilled team of local U.S. call agents, we are confident that Plista can boost results in player conversion and reactivation," Foster said, confident the partnership will benefit both companies.
Previously, Enteractive entered into a similar partnership with Stake.com , a global gaming and sports betting brand, to launch the same journey for responsive players and enhance operator results.
