Seed group-stage round robins so that top seeds go to different pools
As per title, at the moment I can't see any way to make sure that the player ordering by seed in the participants list (best player number 1 and so forth), ends up populating the pools so that seed 1 is in pool 1, seed 2 in pool 2 etc. Basically allocating players to pools by pool instead of by seed position.

Can we also have this for the two-stage tournament? Have a round-robin for the first stage with the seeds ordered by traditional seeding (#1 seed goes into Pool A, #2 seed goes into Pool B, etc.)? It would make it a lot more fair for the seeding.

I also faced the same problem, is there any progress on this?

This isn't specific to just Round Robin tournaments, single and double elimination group stages should have this feature as well.

I totally agree, why else to I order the seeds?

Agreed. The top N players should be split separately between the N groups (and similarly for the second best N to 2N players, and so on...)
I should not have to do this buy hand if I'm using a site like this

This is very important. Seeding in Round Robins is absolutely messed up and requires it to be calculated and manual. Most tournament-generating applications do this process of shuffling or separating seeds in pools automatically.

To add on to this, round robins only let you have pools of x individuals where y people advance. I would like to see a tournament option with a single pool round robin where everyone advances to seed players
