Allow for an ad-free version of brackets on the Challonge site
While the ads aren't particularly intrusive on Challonge, I'd like an option to remove them from the Challonge website for an extra fee. If nothing else, it would be a nice way for users to support Challonge that don't need a module for their own site.

This is finally available as Challonge Premier for $3/month or $25/year. You have to be logged in to subscribe. Thanks!

Challonge premium increase from 29,99 $ to 60$ year for 2017. they removed our automatic billing in order we paid the full price. When sending a mail to have some explanation, no answer at all

merging the lifetime subscription request with this one. planning to implement this at some point this year.
