   Is there any tool available that will let me input the seeds and have it produce the round robin groups?

   I'm trying to create a 2 stage tournament that will take 2 winners from each group of 4, into a double elimination. I have seeds based on previous tournaments, but I need to seed those groups as fairly as I can.
