Work with me to improve the messaging and notification aspects of Challonge.
We have a clan and are using the premier version of your software and for the most part it works pretty well, but there is a few things that we are running into while trying to use your system. How do I block or report a user?
I got a suspicious private message by a user called "raive24" with a profile picture that sexually disturbs me. There's a link in the message that is really suspicious, and I didn't click the link. I cannot find a report or block button. Can you add one, or it's just me being blind?

Add labels to match sets
In E-sports a match is often played BO3 on different maps. When reporting on Challonge it doesn't seem possible to attach a match set result to a map name (a label) so you only get set results without information on what map the competitors played on.
Let us specify a label to each match set result that could contain the map name.
A CSGO example where the teams played on maps Inferno and Mirage:

Make tiebreakers modifiable
Currently there are only a few different options for tiebreakers when operating a tournament using small group round robin -> single elimination. If challonge allowed for the tournament organizer to select the priority for tiebreakers it would allow each organizer to highlight the measurements they find most important.
Example: In the Ascension 2020 September tournament, two players in the same group finished with 6 game wins, with one player going 1-3 and another going 3-1. The player that went 1-3 won in the head to head and therefore had the tiebreaker ahead of match wins. However, challonge does not seem…

fix your website
For the past few months, I've noticed how the brackets seem to be unable to update if you linger on a page from anywhere between 5 minutes and TEN SECONDS. Having to refresh between every single match just to put scores in is pretty annoying. I've tried multiple browsers and even multiple devices, yet this issue still persists.

API issue
Hey hi This is long issue that is persisitng for some time now.
I made a script in python using the challonge api and for some tournaments i cannot connect the script.
The issue appers when the tornament organizer(TO) checks the "Enable the Challonge rating". These kinds on tournaments are impossible to reach out without the subdomain, but the problem is some of those tournaments dont have the this subdomain.
Please give TO a way to see the subdomain that the rating is generating without ask to the challonge support.

Multiple Players / Select how many Advance / Multi-round Scoring
Im often running races where there are 256 racers. 4 racers at a time race 4 times (each race, winner gets 5pts, 2nd gets 3pts, 3rd gets 2pts, last gets 1pt, DNF gets 0pts). It would be helpful to be able to track and total the results of each race.
In Round 1, only the winner advances in order to narrow things down, Round 2 through Semi Finals, though, the top 2 advance. I wish there was a way to assign how many advance in each round.

Blind draw option?
Not sure if Im missing it, but is there a blind draw option available that Im missing somewhere? If not, it would be a nice option to have as I run a weekly dart tournament and love this program compared to the one we are currently using

Specify # of groups in 2 stage tournament and fix how the groups are seeded
Rather than specify the the number of participants in each group, allow us to specify the number of groups and split the participants as evenly as possible to each group. Also currently the groups are split based on seed positions so that if I want groups of X players the top X seeds get placed into the same group etc. meaning that if I seed the top Y players they will all be placed into the same group completely destroying the point of seeding the bracket.

In tab where you can place a result, there could be sign Play like in ladder and place to assign Player to station.
In darts and maybe In other games there is referee (marker) who is a Player too. It will be great if we can assign marker to the match.
