improve the team feature with more details
Currently it seems more convenient to manually run a team tournament rather than use the team setting, because it doesn't seem like there's a way to find out which players are inside a given team. It would be nice to display the participating members in a team tournament.

Save tournament results before reset
We use to reset tournaments every year to start new ones. It would be great, if there was a history or a save option, so we can go back to check the old results. I know, that we could make screenshots too, but then the information about the points i the games won't be saved.

Break Between Rounds
Add an option that allows tournament organizers to disable the advanced public viewing of upcoming round brackets. After all of the reporting has been concluded for any particular round, the tournament will not show progression until a tournament administrator clicks a button to enable the public viewing of the next round. This idea works in combination with the ability to manually adjust pairings of the next round in between rounds.

Use a URL for invites instead of creating invite list
Currently, players are invited when they are added to an invite list.
It would be great if I could copy an invite URL and email it to everyone in my office instead. Would be much easier and faster.
When they enter the URL, they'd go to a page to sign up for the tournament by logging in or creating an account.

Creating More Comprehensive Tools for Tournament mangement

I am a local tournament organizer for Fighting Games. The largest issue that the community has is the lack of locating tournaments, events, cups and leagues for players to be apart of. There are many services that have been developed by other league management tools, the main issue is that it's focus is on team based events and can't effectively track stats. Your website has the ability to track players, create subdivisions with the correct management permissions which other can't. To add a break tie option for Single Elimination and Double Elimination
I know the goal for most is to end up having one champion and the rest is pretty small matter but it would be cool to be able to tie-break every position. Like that, if we make a 16 people tournament, we can relate on who finishes 1st to 16th, in which order, so we can set the next tournament according to that.
Knowing the champions is great but knowing what real position everyone ends up is even better :)

Add a history by clicking on names
That would be great that instead of having to look at the whole bracket that you could simply click on a name and you could see the history of the tournament involving that person or team you clicked in. In huge tournament, it can become a pain to follow the entire tournament tree :)

Searchable tournaments.
Imagine this, typing in a name of your choice of game, and entering a tourney that you want without having to got to multiple tournament sites to find one, with all the users. there will be a tourney of anyone's interest.Please consider.

Display the users timezone
I'm doing international tournaments and the biggest issue is, when to arrange the meeting. It would help if the players timezone would be displayed somewhere, so the planning will be easier.

Search field for finding partipants in a tournament
I am curious if a search field could be added for finding participants in the tournament bracket?
I know that Ctrl-F can be used but many typical users aren't aware of that, especially if browsing on a mobile device. It would be much more intuitive to have a search box above the bracket to search for and zoom to a participant. Perhaps it could be set up like an autocomplete field to help if the exact spelling is not known and ensure only one participant is returned from the search.

Let the contestants choose their own seed number
When adding contestants, give the oppertunity to give them own seed(start number)

Add timestamps or 'time ago' to scores entered because ...
This will help tournament directors / organizers know who's been "sitting" the longest or who hasn't played in a while. Often times the brackets progress out of order just for the sake of getting games played and some times effectively get "iced" because there's no way to keep track of when a team last played.

Create #NoSpoilers Bracket Links
Yyyaooo. I just threw an online gaming tournament using challonge. Went very smooth and I loved it.
Now, I'm posting the vods to my youtube channel and I'd love to be able to link the bracket without it directly showing how the bracket played out. Perhaps a #nospoilers could be added at which point the bracket could be clicked on to reveal the results.

Multi-Player Matches
It'd be nice to be able to have matches consisting of more than just two participants, such as 2v2's, 3v3's, etc., allowing for more diverse competitions

Allow people to shuffle participants within the same round of Losers bracket
For a big double-elimination tournament bracket, after you get far enough into the tournament, the matchups in a given round of losers are set in place. At this point, would it be possible to allow the shuffling of participants to different spots in the same round of losers bracket before that round starts?

Rank numbers
Add the numbers of the rank in the score board.

Links to report scores for users without accounts
It would be nice if users without accounts, that sign up using the sign-up page would get a link they could use to report their scores.
Much like the link they currently get that allows for unregistering from a challonge, but it would allow to report scores as well.
