Examples in Documentation
I really think there should be examples for each section in the API documentation. With JSON and XML formatting.
I am currently having issues with bulk_add.json and no matter what I try it doesn't work.
I believe this is also true for others, since I cannot find any good examples of how to use bulk_add, or anything else really. (However I figured out everything else)

Round Robin Return Matches
Like in the Bundesliga the Teams Play 17 Matches and Return than 17 Matches is this Option already viable?

Double games & PO
Hi
I would like to have the opportunity to choose double games each team & play off. In the current situation, I can only get to the singles, in combination with the play offs.

ラウンドロビンやスイスドローの大会で、以下ような各対戦の勝敗と本数が一目で分かる形式の対戦表を、作れるようにして欲しいです。

Highlight Active games under Report Scores
It was helpful adding the play button to make it easier showing a game In progress and highlighting it blue. It would be great if the games that were active were also highlighted under the report scores tab in order to see what games are available to still be played vs ones that are already In Progress. Also to be able to toggle between the In Progress/Not from that page as well. This helps with very large tournaments not having to continuously look through a very large bracket for upcoming games and can quickly assign new ones. Thanks.

Low Score Wins Option & Decimal Points in Score
We use Challenge for racing competitions where the lowest times are the winner. The system only recognizes the highest score as winner. We also use a timer that registers up 1/1000th of a second recording racing passes. It would be good to be able to post the full result including the decimal places (i.e. 1.234) The low score wins, could also work in other timing based competitions and golf for additional usage examples.

Allow the option at Tournament Creation to Globally assign a default of "User Name" or "Display Name" to be listed in the bracket...

So yeah, I Don't like how the User Name is displayed by default when a bracket is created, I mean for God's sake we are people... Sometimes. But yes, the option to assign a default when creating the tournament or even in the User Setting's. As far as shooting pool is concerned, I am much more concerned about the Player's actual name rather than his Tag or Handle or Avatar or Toon name.

Chip Tournament
Myself and several others in my area run a tournament style where we hand out x number of chips to the players. The number of chips is the handicap, less for the better players, more for the lower players. Depending on the number of players in the tournament and the tables available we have anywhere from 3 - 8 tables going. When a player wins, they stay on and wait for their next opponent and the loser turns in a chip. When a player runs out of chips, they're out. Currently we're writing this out manually in a list format…

Add a King of the Hill ladder tournament format
Well, I am thinking that you guys should add a King of the Hill ladder tournament format to give those who like ladder style tournaments a chance to create some of their own. Please take it into consideration. Thank you so much.

Mass change "best of" labels
Allows us to change the number of sets needed to win in each round with one click instead of doing it manually round by round.

Make a streamlined tournament naming system
So, you can change your name once you get into a tournament, but what if you could set it up on your profile to automatically enter as a certain name? It's not that much work to change it yourself, but it's streamlined.

More in-depth Double Elimination bracket system
After a group stage, teams of top half standings should move to winner's brackets while the bottom half moves to loser's brackets. With the current setup on this site, this is not doable and if you want double eliminations, ALL the teams automatically play in winner's brackets. We simply need more options.
Example:
In Dota 2's The International, out of 16 teams, top 8 gets sent to winner's bracket while the bottom 8 gets sent to loser's bracket. This creates a notion that all the games matter for seeding purposes.

Iron Man Bracket
have Rounds where it can be selected as double elmination by bottom points player/players.
next round starts. bottom 1 or 2 are eliminated again until you get to a final 6 4 or 2 man. for the winner
need this by Oct 20th hahaha

Add a Bye Icon to Match History (in the Standings page)
Currently the Match History can only show Wins and Losses and ignores the existence of byes. This has led to some confusion in my local scene because people with the same match history will not have tied in the actual tournament placings.

Activity Check
Something where, besides check in, the system will send out a predetermined email say a week in advance (or sooner if the tournament creator specifies a specific date and time), and asks each participant to confirm whether they are still interested in playing.
I find this different than check in, because if your tournament is being hosted far into the future, then it is quite possible people will have forgotten they signed up to play, so a friendly reminder is helpful.

add a " American Pool Association " where 5 matches take place nightly . 10 players total
example: match 1 no name vs no name match 2 no name vs no name .. etc.etc. and the brackets do not continue . it ends one winner per: match. scoring is done 1-7 per match. hope this helps i could give more detail by drawing diagram .. if needed. thank you CHALLONGE !

Allow TOs to mark matches to "Stream", add a /stream: view current competitors.
Both the TO and the guy running the stream are using Challonge to maintain the bracket. The TO is marking matches as they finish and the streamer is using the bracket to fill player names when they come up.
- Allow the TO running the bracket to mark any particular match as "On-Stream".
- Use the existing Challonge link with an appended /stream subdirectory to view the players designated for the stream in real-time.
No confusion and much faster communication about who is playing whom, viewers can also see this very clearly from the link.

A gauntlet playoffs after a group stage.
Let's say a 8 man round robin happens, the top 5 move on to a gauntlet playoffs, where the 4th and 5th seed would play each other, winner moves on to play the 3rd seed, winner of that moves onto the 2nd seed, and the winner of that game would play the 1st seeded team in the finals. An example would be LCK (Korean League of Legends) playoffs.
