Total number of matches involved
It will be good if there is a feature or tab which shows how many matches are left, how many matches are done and the total number of matches in the tournament.

Support 3 Game Guarantee
A 3 Game Guarantee Tournament simply means that every team is guaranteed to play a minimum of 3 games. A 3 Game Guarantee Tournament is set up similar to double elimination tournaments. There is a winner's bracket and a loser's bracket, the main difference being teams that lose their first two games will get to play an extra game in the loser's bracket in order to assure everyone gets to play at least 3 games.
A team that has already won once in the winners bracket is already guaranteed 3 games as they will be playing their second game in…

Gamer Handle Support !
An option to add your PSN Name, Gamertag and etc.. so when users click on others profiles, you can see their gamertags/psn names
This can help with tournaments so that there aren't any unexpected player appearances that weren't there and no broken rules for player subs.8 votes -
Clan Wars: In a clan war, would you like to play your own mates? Of course not!
Somehow, someway the tournament bracket needs to understand that when the winning team moves on to the next round in a Clan war (in other words, against another clan) that it cannot be against another team from your clan.,,,we have 5 2v2 teams ready to face off another clans 5 2v2 teams...with no way to track it "Automatically" Manually will be a pain in the Ass!

Player quiting after tournament starts...not trying to reset tournament
Kinda like when a challonge participate has the ability to quit out of a tournament once the tournament ahs alraedy started, as the tournament manager I would like the ability...after the tournament has been started and we dont want to change the bracket and reset anything...just provide auto-byes for the matches this "quited" player automatically. It would just be a nice feature. Thanks

Ability to manage match venues/tables
I run pool tournaments and one of the most important aspects is being able to know which pool tables are open and which ones are being played on. I love Challonge but without that feature, it does me no good. Thanks.

Ability to enter tournament payouts
It would be helpful to have the ability to enter the tournament payouts so everyone could see what the players earned from the event.

improve the team feature with more details
Currently it seems more convenient to manually run a team tournament rather than use the team setting, because it doesn't seem like there's a way to find out which players are inside a given team. It would be nice to display the participating members in a team tournament.

I have Tournaments and brackets created I would like to change ownership or make them show in an Organization.

Break Between Rounds
Add an option that allows tournament organizers to disable the advanced public viewing of upcoming round brackets. After all of the reporting has been concluded for any particular round, the tournament will not show progression until a tournament administrator clicks a button to enable the public viewing of the next round. This idea works in combination with the ability to manually adjust pairings of the next round in between rounds.

Manage entry fees and display final payouts
When adding tournament participants, I would like to be able to add if they paid the specified entry fee, specify the pot distribution among the tournament winners e.g. 70/20/10, and have the payouts automatically calculated and displayed on the final results screen. Could this feature be added?

Drag and drop individual players for a tournament in progress
The ability to drag and drop players to different spots on the preview screen was added recently. When a tournament is started, however, it is not possible to move players. Could the ability for the tournament host to drag and drop players after starting the tournament be added? Creating More Comprehensive Tools for Tournament mangement

I am a local tournament organizer for Fighting Games. The largest issue that the community has is the lack of locating tournaments, events, cups and leagues for players to be apart of. There are many services that have been developed by other league management tools, the main issue is that it's focus is on team based events and can't effectively track stats. Support Magic the Gathering style Swiss tournaments and tiebreakers
Hi, I'd really like to run Magic the Gathering Swiss tournaments on challonge, but challonge's implementation of Swiss currently doesn't allow this.
A number of changes would need to be made for this modified system, but this should be quick to impement.
These changes are:
Paring
When paring in an MTG tournament, each round should be paired randomly, pairing down if necessary, ignoring tiebreakers. Challonge currently pairs by seed, which means that parings are deterministic between rounds. To add a break tie option for Single Elimination and Double Elimination
I know the goal for most is to end up having one champion and the rest is pretty small matter but it would be cool to be able to tie-break every position. Like that, if we make a 16 people tournament, we can relate on who finishes 1st to 16th, in which order, so we can set the next tournament according to that.
Knowing the champions is great but knowing what real position everyone ends up is even better :)

Add a history by clicking on names
That would be great that instead of having to look at the whole bracket that you could simply click on a name and you could see the history of the tournament involving that person or team you clicked in. In huge tournament, it can become a pain to follow the entire tournament tree :)
