  1. Display date/time directly on tournament bracket.

    It would be convenient to see the date/time of each game right on the tournament bracket, rather then having to click the details button to see the date and time.

  2. XML Output

    Dear all,

    first of all thanks in advance for your help with my request.

    I'm working with Challonge to organize weekly darts tournaments with the goal, that the final results should be displayed in an xml-File, which I want to import in a database.

    I've tried several options, but with no result.

    The latest tournament has the URL https://swc-dart.challonge.com/de/FriendsLounge_T1

    Is it possible to get a XML-File with details like tournament name, user who is running the tournament and the final results?

    I need to run a pool tournament as teams instead of individuals. Each member of a team contributes to a team score. It wiil be played as Round-Robin but players from the same group don't play each other.
    This is a wonderful program but lacks this feature.

  4. Make it clearer when a tournament is open for registration

    I’d like it to be clearer when a a tournament is open for registration, maybe how far they’ve come, and when it is closed and the competition started.

    As the green bar shows how far the tournament has come, maybe yellow or blue could show progression in registration?

    If stations can assign for every team and we can see full name of stations it will be easy to forward players and teams to their stations.

  7. Have a bracket that automatically enters you into plate competition if you are a fist round looser

    plate competitions are becoming more popular so the function where the website automatically enters you into a plate (losers) comp could be very useful

  8. Round robin - a point for playing

    Add an option to award a point just for playing. Without this, players who have played fewer matches sit higher up the league than those who have played more but have the same number of points. This is daft, and is due to points difference being the default way to rank players

  9. Winner gets Home status

    In sports tournaments, the Winner of a Group, is considered the higher seed for the next stage. So they get "home" status. And home status is usually shown at the bottom of a match.
    Right now, it puts Group A on top of B,and C on top of D.
    Should be:
    -Loser B on top of Winner A,
    -Loser A on top of Winner B,
    -Loser C on top of Winner D,
    -Loser D on top of Winner C.

    I see it allows me to flip it around. That's cool. Just want it by default.

  11. Two stage format

    when you start a playoff in a tournament with group play and playoffs i want the same page for participants as when you start playoffs in a regular cup. So one can se the players so that it gets right so not those who win a group can play an extra round while one who comes 2nd gets a free round

  12. issue with 2 stage format

    I am looking for a very common format. 1st stage is Round Robin and 2nd stage is Single elimination.

    I have 20 seeded players, divide them into 5 groups with 4 players each in the group.
    when I create the group stage, It puts top 4 players in the same group, which is wrong, each top player should be playing in different groups. and then the winners proceeding to the Final stage, 1st group winner plays with 2nd group winner, which should have been 1st group winner plays with 5th group winner ( winner of 4th group and 5th group)

  13. Custom fields for matches + API

    We play Darts games so on every match alogn with the score we would love to have an extra field or two to save average, or max checkout for example.

    I'm currently building a wordpress plugin that will use challonge aPI for the tournaments by sending selected users to challonge for bracket creation and once tournaments it's finished the plugin will import results to the website.
    It would be great if along the results we could import the match custom fields so we can keep all the work in challonge!

  15. Round 1-2 for 2 GAME Seeding to Single Elimination playoff - seeding by best record and point difference

    I am trying to run some test tournaments to see if this will suit my needs for my NBA 2K19 tournament. My formart is like this: Each player will be playing a 2 random draw game seeding. after those two rounds, it will be single elimination. seeding by Best Record, and then highest point differential. Is this possible?

  16. 1024 Players?

    I'm planning on hosting a GIANT tournament with 1,000 people. I was wondering, would it be possible to make a 1024 DE bracket, or are there any bracket things out there that make it possible to have a 1024 DE bracket?

  17. Help with bracket creation

    Your database doesn't answer my question. Is there a way to create a double elimination bracket where all rounds have 4 people participate. I am trying to create a Mario kart bracket where 4 people race all the time.

  18. Have an option to have ties not impact a community’s Elo rankings.

    We often have League matches go unplayed. To end a tournament we have to report them as 0-0 ties, but that can impact the elo ratings.

  20. Auto Create Teams from Individual signup

    I'd like to see the ability to have a group of individuals signup and then for Challonge to have a button where you can auto create teams of 2 or 3 or however many people. I have an event coming up for a company picnic and we are having a Cornhole Tournament. I'd prefer that the teams be random instead of people picking their own partner. That way more people get to know eachother and you don't have two all stars hand picking eachother as teammates. This feature would allow individuals to signup and then auto create teams from the…
