Customizable Seeding
In 2-stage tournaments, you should have the option to see the seeds in the first AND second stage.

Add ability to remove text-shadows in theme
When using a transparent theme on a white background : the text has black shadow which makes it unreadable (in the tables only).
Adding the ability to disable or, at least, set the color of the shadow will be perfect.9 votes -
Shuffle which round a match starts in.
In round robin, I can't shuffle which teams are matching up in a round.
Example: for the first round of the tournament, i want the Seed 1 to go up against Seed 2, however, Challonge already has my Seed 3 vs my Seed 5 in Round 1.
Maybe give an option to swap the matchup with another one in a different round?

free tickets
Hello Challongeteam, i have a request is it possible that you can add "free tickets" for tournaments with an odd number of participant. but they "free tickets" only for or in round 1 possible.
for example you play an tournament 1v1 with 5players

Allow custom game (round) numbering
We need to be able to add our own numbers to the rounds or games in the tournaments. Round or game ordering by hand is necessary for large tournaments with variable. For instance, we run a kickboxing tournament and we need to number the rounds based on fight teams and athletes being in different rings at different times.

Have a column that shows my W/L vs other group members
I would like to be able to tell at a glance who I've already played against in my group stage (http://xwingvassal.challonge.com/innerrim), and what my record was against them.
Adding a separate "Vs. me" column that has the blue/red W/L icon for that would be great. Also, tooltips on other people's W/L icons would be nice too.

Double Loss option for Swiss
Basically a tie without points. To be used when neither player arrived on time for a particular round, and in some other situations as well (I know it happens in some card games, at least)

Allow images instead of names.
Even if it just allowing [img] tags with a pre-existing urls, that would help out a lot.
Sometimes an image work better then a name. Giving an example I am currently running a forum tournament for a retro fighting game. The game allow you to pick a character then set up the stats. There only about 10 characters on the game. Each forum member is allow to have three character each. While currently I am asking each character to be mark with a "tag" (Candy, Bones, Icedude, etc) so I can keep track of them it would be much easier…

Allow multiple email addresses for one team
We have a bracket that is teams - 2 members per team. I would like BOTH members to get an email when their match is up. Each bracket entry should be flexible with the # of emails associated for notifications.
Only 1 person needed to make a 'team' but many members of the team could be notified.

Make current match stroke and stroke-wdith be changed on theme editor.
The default color doesn't show up well when you use specific color schemes.

League System
Dear Challonge-Team,
At the moment MyStarcraft.de, Magdeburg e-Sports and I are planning a Starcraft teamleague called World Wide City League. This teamleague will have a regional reference thus the teams have to be from a certain town or region and will play under the name of those.
In the first season 8-16 teams will play by a weekly schedule. Each map of this Best of 5 will be set by us and the teams have to chose their players to the maps before the series starts.
Moreover we are already using the town/region team concept on a cup called World…1 vote -

I do a tournament every year and the participant is technically one team, with 2 people on it. I would like to be able to add BOTH emails to the same team.

Add column showing "% of Possible Diff" points.
Formula: Point Diff / (Matches*PossiblePointsDiff)
This will require the administrator to set the PossiblePointsDiff per match variable for each tournament.You will need to allow us to sort by % of Possible Diff field with the highest at the top.

a Change in the swiss system
Hello Challonge team,
We are a sport that using the swiss system in any of our tournament
We came across your site and we were amazed it is a perfect fit for our organization but.. your Median-Buchholz system is discarding the best and worst scores.. this is the only problem... i am asking if you could put an custom Bucholz system that is not discarding the best and worst score i will be so thankful you even dont know how..Thank Ahead H.A.P.I

Round Robin Settings - Pools and Games
It would be great if the round robin setup would use number of games and partial pools. for example, if I have 62 teams, id like to have 7 pools of 8 and 1 pool of 6 to avoid byes. if I can assign each pool 7 games, the smaller pool will still have the same number games, just 2 repeated.
