To add a break tie option for Single Elimination and Double Elimination
I know the goal for most is to end up having one champion and the rest is pretty small matter but it would be cool to be able to tie-break every position. Like that, if we make a 16 people tournament, we can relate on who finishes 1st to 16th, in which order, so we can set the next tournament according to that.
Knowing the champions is great but knowing what real position everyone ends up is even better :)

Add a history by clicking on names
That would be great that instead of having to look at the whole bracket that you could simply click on a name and you could see the history of the tournament involving that person or team you clicked in. In huge tournament, it can become a pain to follow the entire tournament tree :)

Searchable tournaments.
Imagine this, typing in a name of your choice of game, and entering a tourney that you want without having to got to multiple tournament sites to find one, with all the users. there will be a tourney of anyone's interest.Please consider.

Determine game winners by total score (points)
Basically, in the league I run, we track point differentials. While 5-0 and 3-2 are both technically wins, the point differential is 5 or 1. I run two different types of tournaments. In type A, game 1 would get +5 and +0 points where game 2 would get +3 and +2 points, while in type B, game 1 would get +5 and -5 points and game 2 would get +1 and -1.
Either of these would be great to see implemented.

Exact time sheduling of tournament
Hi,
I'm webmaster of one finnish Soccer-team. You have made great job gyus, I think your Challonge.com is great to arrange Tournaments, but however there is one big lack. I can't make any exact time scheduling between matches.
So, my suggestion is that you add time-options for every matches. It could be also automatic, you put only starting time of first game and tell how long are these games and maybe there should be also a short break between different matches.
- starting time of match (for example 9.00 am)
- or starting time for the first match of the day

deleting a tournament quickly
Hello Challonge-team,
thank you for that excellent website.
I'm using Challonge for my weekly backgammon tourneys.
After a period of time I delete older tourneys, because I don't want to blow up the space.
Computer-software-cleaning is an important thing for me.My topic around that is, that it needs now 6 clicks to delete a tourney.
Suggestion: implement a delete-button on the page of the the tournaments overview for the specific user.Regards

add a spot to each match that can be used to assign tables to the match
Many of us use your software to run pool tournaments and we still have to print out the bracket to keep track of matches being played by putting a number in a circle next to each match. This would be a great feature. Also, I would like the keep the bracket non-public until the actual start and then open it up to the public. We run a player auction before the tournament and the bracket being public lets bidders gain an inside knowledge of the draw before the matches start. A simple switch to turn on and off would be…

allow Top Cuts in Swiss Tournaments
In most trading card game tournaments, after the Swiss Rounds end the tournament continues with a single elimination for the Top X ranked players. It would be important to allowed the tournament organizer to be able to choose between the Top 8, Top 16, or Top 32 players when using this feature.
The reports for the round would continue but omitting the Tie-Breaker Score & Score data for the players in the top cut elimination rounds.
Pairings for the elimination rounds would follow the standard pair the best with the worst formula.

allow for Table Numbers in Tournament Brackets.
In tournaments, rounds are often assigned to table numbers. It would help a lot if Challonge would default to labeling pairings in each round by table number. This would allow the bracket print out to tell players which table number they are assigned to. The default option should be assign players with the highest rank to the lowest table number.

Create #NoSpoilers Bracket Links
Yyyaooo. I just threw an online gaming tournament using challonge. Went very smooth and I loved it.
Now, I'm posting the vods to my youtube channel and I'd love to be able to link the bracket without it directly showing how the bracket played out. Perhaps a #nospoilers could be added at which point the bracket could be clicked on to reveal the results.

Allow people to shuffle participants within the same round of Losers bracket
For a big double-elimination tournament bracket, after you get far enough into the tournament, the matchups in a given round of losers are set in place. At this point, would it be possible to allow the shuffling of participants to different spots in the same round of losers bracket before that round starts?

Display the users timezone
I'm doing international tournaments and the biggest issue is, when to arrange the meeting. It would help if the players timezone would be displayed somewhere, so the planning will be easier.

allow predictions for round robin tournaments
Er, basically what it says in the subject line. Just that predicting things is the top reason I and many others I turned on to Challonge use it, and I noticed the tab in advanced options just disappears when you change from single elimination to round robin.

would be interesting to allow scroll vertically for greater mobility devices, as small screen is tricky is possible to do?
