Track voting by IP and not account/facebook login.
The login requirement may honestly may put people off from voting on your site. May I recommend something if you dislike this idea?
IP vote = 1 point
Facebook vote = 1.2 point
Challonge vote = 1.5 pointWhile it seem to be rigged, you got to remember anyone can make an account for free and by using an account your vote is more tractable giving it more worth. While I dislike this idea myself I can understand if you want others to join your site and kinda trying to make it fair to you.
I really just want people…

Allow players to be added on round robin brackets without resetting the whole thing.
Isn't it kinda silly when the point of having a round robin is to have everyone fight everyone else? I find it quite annoying that I have to wait til all of my players enter when I could have already started with the same results. I love your site, I really do but in this case what is the point when you can do the same thing easier on paper?

Make brackets close at a specific time
Make the brackets close at a certain time so there is a deadline before entering the scores

Allow images instead of names.
Even if it just allowing [img] tags with a pre-existing urls, that would help out a lot.
Sometimes an image work better then a name. Giving an example I am currently running a forum tournament for a retro fighting game. The game allow you to pick a character then set up the stats. There only about 10 characters on the game. Each forum member is allow to have three character each. While currently I am asking each character to be mark with a "tag" (Candy, Bones, Icedude, etc) so I can keep track of them it would be much easier…

Add some color...
I'm just going to suggest that you guys incorporate a changeable theme setting.
The grey is very bland, and is actually making me second guess using the website since I cant change it, and its pretty depressing to look at the brackets. The ones I made in paint for my last tourney werent particularly colorful, but still far nicer on the eyes than the grey on grey with yellow once in a while.
Maybe have losers turn red, instead of staying the same color? It is not intuitively obvious where a player started the tourney, since everyone and their progress…

Show byes more clearly
When the system pairs an odd number of players in a swiss tournament, it of course gives a "bye" to one of them. However, you need to know the whole list of players, and see which one of them isn't in the brackets to see who is playing the Bye. Just a little text to the side of that round's bracket saying "Player 4 has a bye this round" or something similar, would make it much more intuitive.

New bracket request, AFL top 8
We run seasonal leagues which begin with a tournament (round-robin), then a ladder season is played out (seeded with the results of the round-robin) & then the overall season winners are determined by the top 8 of the ladder moving to AFL (Australian Football League) top 8 brackets.
An example of the AFL system can be viewed here:

Double Loss option for Swiss
Basically a tie without points. To be used when neither player arrived on time for a particular round, and in some other situations as well (I know it happens in some card games, at least)

Include 'Plate Draw' for Single elimination category
Hi Dave, as quite a few tournaments out there have 'Plate' event draw, I was thinking that maybe you could include it for the Single Elimination category. Thanks!

Add anonymous user voting. and fix facebook login
hi you should consider making a anonymous voting bracket. would make it a lot faster. also instead of just clicking the log in with Facebook you should make it so we can type our Facebook info in. that would make things easier for multiple users on one computer.

Add support for 3 Game Guarantee
In our tournaments we offer a 3 Game Guarantee. If you lose your first and second games, you can play a third game and still win the tournament. This only works if you lose your first two games. Teams who win there first or second games are still double elimination.

Have an option for how to handle tie breakers or to add additional matches (same form or different) for tie breakers
Tonight I had a round robin tournament for five people. At the end of all five rounds two people were tied for first with three wins each. The website gave the win to the person who had the most points. However, in reality, I had a tie breaking match between the two... because the winner was to be decided on number of wins and nod points. (It'd also be useful in such a case to just turn off the points, as they are not relevant.) I had to delete the tournament because it did not correctly display the final results.

Few suggestions
Sometimes during a tournament I forget who I voted for, perhaps an icon or something should be added in the bracket to let know who you picked. Another feature request I would like to see is at the end of a tournament have a way to see how many you got right, aswell as having a way to see who had the best predictions.

Allow to add logos to brackets
This is more for the "print" view, so that if someone uses the print feature, the logo is included on the print out.

Wrestling Championship Needs
In order to track wrestling championships, we need to be able to record more than simple numbers for scoring.
If you take a look at page 8 of http://www.nysphsaawrestling.com/DivisionII.pdf, you will see that there are things like "Major Decision", or "Pin at 3:10", or even "OT" are on the bracket. Maybe the ability to add custom "win types" or something like that to Challonge could be done.

Avatars are not displaying in bracket view.
They show up in the user settings and participants list, but not the main bracket view

allow more information to be tracked about a match
Fighting games severely lack a good match database ala TLPD for StarCraft ( http://tinyurl.com/87vhnv5 ). Tracking characters, stages, and round counts per game in a match would allow such a tool to created from challonge brackets.

Desktop Client
I just got through running a large set of back to back tournaments at PAX where the wireless internet was less than stellar. So because of that I couldn't justify using Challonge but I /really/ wanted to. Is there a desktop client that doesn't require constant connection to the internet in the works? Because if there is, #ShutUpAndTakeMyMoney

Add live stream TV option like twitchtv.com to be embed during matches.
To allow those involved or not, to be able to log into challonge tournament via url, go to live stream tv, set by the owner of the challonge, and watch current matches being played or scheduled.

Ladder Tournament Type
Add another tournament type. Ladder Tournaments are a seeded bracket in which seed 1 plays 2, 3 plays 4, and so on. The winner moves up a position and the loser moves down. It is run for X amount of rounds and places are determined by which position each player finishes after all round have been completed.
